Project Activities

Attend Project and Customer Meeting.

Provide stock inventory and manage/supervise warehousing.

Provide delivery time plan for regional materials and equipment deployment.

Prepare and allocate site materials and equipment request base on SITE PACK from DIGICEL Roll Outallocation (2G, 3G, 4G, TRX, RB600 Swap out, RBS6101, TN Upgrade).

Call off site Materials for delivery as per PM’s request.

Supervise kitting of materials at the warehouse

Document all WH inbound and Outbound using MRF form.

Train local WH Man on proper materials kitting and handling.

Arrange for immediate recovery and dispatch to site.

Monitor and update PM on all HW call off to sites or requested destination.

Coordinate and arrange end to end deployment of HW for Project Roll out via OFR, AFR, CHARTERED BARGE, and CHOPPER.

Assist PM and IM on team regional and site deployment. Provide local contracts, site accessibility info, suitable accommodation and
means of transportation through 4 x 4, dingy, barge and chopper.

Arrange site materials and equipment recovery and clean up after every roll out project.

Release/monitor and recover rental tools for return every project completion.

Source additional local consumables for project and team gears (Camping set, Safety gears for mine sites, special tools RBS and SDH)
and Fabrication.

Acting IM due to Long knowledge in PNG project rollout.
